Three Generations of the Lohia Family

The Namakwala story is a family story. Each generation added something new while keeping the standards set in 1945.

• Late Shri Badrilal Lohia: Founder (1945). He started the business in Bhilwara with a vision rooted in quality and trust.
• Shri Narayan Lal Lohia: Second generation. He professionalised the business, introducing salt grinding and hygienic consumer packaging that brought new consistency to the Indian salt market.
• Third generation (2000 onward). They took Namakwala into international markets and broadened the business into minerals and new industries.

A legacy is not something to keep unchanged. It is something to strengthen and pass on.
