Namakwala Group is led by the third generation of the Lohia family, supported by an experienced management team.

Three generations of leadership

• Late Shri Badrilal Lohia: founded the business in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, in 1945.
• Shri Narayan Lal Lohia: second generation; professionalised the business with salt grinding and hygienic consumer packaging.
• Third generation: took Namakwala into export markets from 2000 onward.
